A Passion for Sports and Politics
Blake Wallace is a tireless defensive midfielder with 3rd Eye F.C. The former Bloomfield High School player is a freshman at the University of Arizona. Though school life during Covid times has been strange, she has maintained a 4.0 GPA. Though she hasn’t experienced her first year of college soccer, Blake has plunged herself into many grassroots projects in her community.

What are you studying?
“I am studying Political Science with a focus on International Relations and pursuing a minor in pre-law.”
Blake is involved in community affairs in the town of Bloomfield in Connecticut, the United States. Her goal is not just to participate in politics but to sit as President of the United States. In her first 100 days in office she would:
- Address the gender pay gap as men are paid at least $1.70 more than women who perform the same function,
- Reform prison law so that extreme measures like the death penalty are abolished and replaced by rehabilitation programs.

What Motivates You?
Blake uses the recent death of her friends as motivation to live and achieve for them as though they were alive. Also, as a human, I want to create a world that I want to raise my kids in.
Career Goals
“I love soccer but politics is my passion. I desire to graduate and pursue politics. Things I want to address are gender equality, racial equality, and climate change. My passion for politics was inspired by my mom, Caryn Wallace who was involved in politics.
